We ship from Mid-America using USPS Ground Advantage to the Lower 48 USA states.

Olive Oil is HEAVY when it comes to shipping for us. However, we offer a flat-rate FAST USA shipping for only $5 for most of the USA (it always costs us more than $5). For the yellow zone we have to charge $10 (it always costs us more than $10). However you will NOT pay any tariffs or taxes and most of our customers get their olive oil in just a few days! We'll even send your order with a free 10g sample of one of our quality, single-origin farmer-direct loose-leaf teas valued at or around $5 ;)

Our free shipping threshold is set at $225 for the Green Zone.

Our free shipping threshold is set at $300 for the Yellow Zone.

What happens if an item arrives damaged? The tins are very thin. They do the job but aren't made to be pretty. It may arrive with a small dent from the shipping process although we try to not let that happen with good packaging. They are made to be used. The clay vessels however are meant to be nice. If it arrives broken somehow - we REALLY try to not let that happen, let us know. We'll make it right.

What if it gets stolen from my porch? Unfortunately we can't be responsible for items after they are delivered.
