OLIVE OIL: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We are the owners and we are reasonable people.
STOLEN OLIVE OIL: Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for stolen packages. There are some stores that replace stolen merchandise but they deal with industrial factory widgets with super-high margins while we're providing hand-produced oils. We can't be responsible for olive oil stolen from purchasers property.
MISSING OLIVE OIL: If a package is lost please let us know. Generally the local post worker makes a mistake and it’s best to visit your local post office with the tracking number and have them track it down for you. If that is unsuccessful we will file a lost package claim.
