This premium early harvest selection is a mono-cultivar extra virgin olive oil made from unripe olive fruits hand picked from the producer's own olive trees. The green olives then undergo an immediate extraction process within a few hours of harvest and in temperatures below 25°C. The result is a well-balanced extra virgin olive oil with intense green fruity aromas, low acidity and highly concentrated polyphenols. Just enough polyphenols to be super healthy but not too many to make it bitter.
Use this on the daily! This harvest has a nice creamy mouthfeel with a spicy kick at the end. Use this at the table or in the kitchen to make almost anything better. This oil is delicious!
